How do I renew my membership?
Memberships will renew each year on December 31st. If your card allows it, your membership will be renewed automatically. In some cases you may have to manually renew your membership (you’ll receive an email to that effect).
To manually renew, please visit My Account -> My Membership. If your membership is expired, you’ll find a button there to purchase a new Membership.
Important: We do not offer prorated memberships. Please purchase your membership in the year you want it.
How do I cancel my membership?
To cancel, please visit My Account -> My Membership. Click on your Membership, then click Cancel.
How do I upgrade to a Family membership?
To change your membership, please visit My Account -> My Membership. Click on Change Membership Type, then proceed through the checkout.
How do I update my login or profile information?
Please visit My Account -> Edit Membership Details
How do I find my BCWF Number?
