All trophies being entered into the trophy awards portion of our banquet will need this form filled out in its entirety, entries can be scored prior to the Chili night date by calling, emailing or texting Kent to arrange a date and time to do so.

If you are entering a fish please forward a photo of your entry clearly showing the length, type of fish and if you have the weight also pass along, categories for the Fish awards are: Rainbow, Cut Throat, Bull Trout, Bass and Brook.
